All orders shipped by East Coast Pagers are shipped via USPS, UPS, or Equal Class Carrier. If you require an alternate shipping method please visit our Contact Page.
What shipping method is used for free shipping?
We ship at the cheapest rate available when you choose a free shipping method.
When will my order ship?
For all in stock items, we aim to have your packaged and shipped the next business day. If your order requires programming, this may add at least two days to the order.
Upon placing an order you understand and agree that East Coast Pagers is not able to stock every item we have displayed on our website. Upon receipt of an order if East Coast Pagers does not have an item in stock we will order this item from the appropriate manufacture based upon the needs of our customers. This typically takes 7 business days to receive items from the manufacture. If for some reason the item you have ordered is under a “back-order” status from the manufacture, East Coast Pagers will contact you to provide an update and request permission to continue with the order.
Due to the large number variations for frequency and color combinations for Unication Pagers, we place an order with Unication, USA when you place your order with East Coast Pagers.
Can I pickup my order?

Insurance
All orders are shipped with standard USPS insurance up to $49. If you would like to increase the shipping insurance for your order please visit our Contact Page.
All orders are shipped with standard UPS insurance up to $100. If you would like to increase the shipping insurance for your order please visit our Contact Page.
Liability
All orders are shipped without a signature required. All issues pertaining to the shipment and delivery of equipment by USPS or UPS should be disputed directly with the Currier. East Coast Pagers assumes no responsibility for damaged or lost equipment during the shipping process.
For Example: Damaged, and Lost package shipments can be reported to UPS using their Package Claim Form.
Sales Tax
East Coast Pagers collects NYS sales tax on orders shipped to NY address. If you have a NY Tax Exempt form, please send us a copy before your order so we can exempt you from local taxes.
